Are you interested to work on an mobile app designed to promote greater inclusion? Do you have research experience in product development or user behavior? Are you interested to be involved with a social enterprise on a mission to meaningfully contribute to social justice and human rights?
B-Change is looking for a Research Advisor to support field testing of the beta-version of its custom-built mobile app. The “Inclusion App” is designed as a tool for promoting greater inclusion of marginalised groups who suffer persistent discrimination and socio-economic exclusion. Following the rollout of version 1.0 (beta), B-Change will embark on comprehensive product testing among users in the field.
The chosen Research Advisor is expected to work in collaboration with B-Change to deliver:
- A monitoring and evaluation framework for the test activities including indicators for the product, key informant interviews and product demonstration;
- Training for team members to use rigorous and ethical techniques to gather and consolidate data collected in the field;
- Analyse the consolidated data that has been brought back from the field; and,
- Produce a report based on analysed data with critical recommendations highlighted.
The position is project-based. The successful candidate is expected to work remotely as a member of an international team.
